Forming Rollers

PTL Forming Rollers form a sheet of food product—whether it is muesli/granola, cereal, protein, rice-crispie or confectionery. The unit consists of large-diameter stainless-steel rollers which can be heated or cooled. Individual variable-speed and temperature    controls—as the product requires. Units can have optional servo adjustment on slab thickness.

Sizing Roller

PTL Sizing Rollers (gauging rollers) set the height and compaction of the product after forming. Various profile shapes can be achieved. The units have a pneumatic lift-up head for easy height adjustment, or optional servo height control.
