Blackmer Vane Pump Set and Viking or Roper Gear Pump Sets
- PTL build chocolate pump sets for the chocolate, biscuit and bar industry to pump and transfer liquid chocolate throughout manufacturing areas.
- PTL use various pumps with a water jacketed body that can be linked to either an existing pumped circuit or supplied with its own stand-alone temperature control unit.
- Complete on a mounting frame with motorised gearbox, coupling, coupling guard and variable speed inverter controller.
- Pumps can be used for low to high-volume transfer of chocolate.
- Continuous pumping during production means no interruptions to production
- Water-jacketed design allows for the unit to be maintained at the exact temperature i.e. for tempered chocolate
