Enrober – ‘P series’

PTL Enrobers can fully coat, bottom-coat only, and decorate a variety of different products. PTL has focused the design, on cleanability and accurate temperature control. The ‘P series’ enrobers are designed for small to large scale production. A unique feature is the ability to remove the complete carriage, from the enrober to a wash-down trolley—without the use of tools. The carriage can then be thoroughly cleaned, greatly reducing downtime. PTL enrobers have a specially designed temperature control system (ATC), controlling the environment within the enrobing area—ensuring accurate maintenance of temper.

Enrober – ‘W series’

PTL Enrobers can fully coat, bottom-coat only, and decorate a variety of different products. PTL has focused the design on cleanability and accurate temperature control. The ‘W series’ enrobers are designed for smaller scale production, or simplified applications. Unlike the P series—where chocolate is circulated with a pump—the W series use a wheel to circulate the chocolate to the bottomer, curtain and decorator. The W series has the same features of a P series enrober—other than the removable pump. As a pump is not required, wash-down and changeover times can be reduced further. These units have proven very popular with not only small manufacturers, but also granola bar manufacturers who are looking to bottom coat and decorate their products.
