Colour Flavour Mixer
- Used to add colouring or flavour agents to chocolate, compound or other food substances that are similar to chocolate and do not have inclusions.
- This can be done in line whilst product is being fed to downstream equipment i.e. depositor or enrober etc.
- The unit can be completely dismantled for cleaning, with quick-release water hoses to all jackets
- Colour/flavour agent metering pump is required.
- Water heating system or external pumped hot water source is required.
- Continuous pumping during production results in no errors or interruptions to production
- Water-jacketed design allows for the unit to be maintained at an exact temperature i.e. for tempered chocolate
- Water-jacketed inlet and outlet pipelines ensures no blocking
- In-line colouring / Colour/flavour is automatically added as required
