Kettles
- The PTL kettle is of a traditional open-top design used within the chocolate and confectionery industry to melt and store either water-based creams i.e. fondants, chocolate, compound, yogurt or carob
- Stainless steel construction
- Driven from bottom through static internal tube. Eliminating seals, and with low open top design allows for easy loading
- Kettle is low profile allowing easy loading
- Blocks or buttons can both be melted with ease.
- Water-jacketed body and internal stirrer paddles in heavy duty stainless steel construction.
- Special PTL non-freeze butterfly valve mounted on the front of the tank
- Heating elements with PID temperature control for accurate temperatures.
- Pump unit can be bolted on directly to the outlet to allow automatic discharge to other down-line equipment.
- Optional additional outlets can be fitted.
- Product inlets can be added to top or side of the tank.
- Optional level control
- Optional load cells
- Heating for pump and pipeline can be connected to the main tank water chamber.
- Operation is periodic / Utilises existing staff
