Mini Depositor
- The PTL mini depositor for depositing either chocolate, marshmallow, water-based creams i.e. fondants, caramel, etc. The unit can also be configured for chips and buttons.
- It can be used to deposit very accurate measured amounts of chocolate into praline moulds or for the filling of spinning hollow goods, i.e. hollow eggs and novelty shapes, etc.
- Can be used to deposit cream directly into pre-formed chocolate shells, this being the second stage of shell-moulding production.
- The unit is constructed in stainless steel and food grade plastics.
- Table-top design means the unit can be placed and used in the most convenient position
- Deposits are variable
- One piston depositor is variable from zero to 75 grams total (larger units on request)
- Special chip and button plates can also be provided
- Interchangeable nozzle plates can be designed from simple to complex layouts
- Automatic or foot pedal deposit mode
- Adjustable table backstop allows exact positioning of mould under nozzles
- Backstop and table are removable without tools ensuring ease of cleaning
- Adjustable swinging nozzles in all directions allows adjustment for different cavity pitch layouts
- PID temperature controls maintains accurate temperature control
