Moulding Unit
- The PTL Moulding Unit is used to melt, temper and hold chocolate or to melt and hold compound
- This is then used to fill moulds by either flooding or injection by deposit action directly in to each cavity
- A mould vibrator for vibrating moulds either upright or inverted for shell forming, with excess chocolate being fed directly back in to the tank
- Heavy-duty water-jacketed body and internal stirrer paddles.
- Heating elements with PID controller for accurate temperature control.
- Water jacketed pump and pipe line heated from kettle. Note: for real chocolate a separate water heating unit is required for the deposit pump.
- Bottom-drive design allows for easy loading
- All in one unit provides an efficient use of floor space
