The PTL ribbon extruder is used within the chocolate industry to form ribbons on to the surface of a cooling tunnel belt.
It has an adjustable height.
Change part nozzle plates can produce a variety of pitches and sizes of ribbons.
Can be used with either chocolate or compound.
Either single or two colour ribbons can be produced
Can be linked direct to a chocolate pump
Can be used with different colours and viscosities, offering flexibility
Water jacketed and heated head maintains temperature required once set
