- Batch temperer is used within the chocolate industry to temper chocolate.
- It is ideal for low-volume throughput.
- Water-jacketed body and internal stirrer paddles with side wall scraping in heavy-duty stainless steel construction.
- Front-hinged access covers allow ease of access to the product area.
- Heating element with PID controller for accurate temperature control.
- Connections for cold water inlet and outlet for cooling cycle.
- The tempering cycle is automatic.
- Special PTL non-freeze product outlet butterfly valve mounted to the front of the tank.
- Operation is periodic / Utilises existing staff
- Driven from bottom through PTL food grade seals
