Wire Belt Table

Used to convey products into a PTL enrober or other equipment.
For product that has excess crumb the belt can be fitted with a product air curtain or shaker to remove a high percentage of the loose crumb prior to entering the enrober.
The entire unit can be easily removed for cleaning or maintenance.
All parts are manufactured in stainless steel excluding drive equipment.
This unit can be linked with the PLC option on the PTL enrober. All settings are then via a user screen and can be stored and recalled for each product, reducing changeover times and the reliance on "operator knowledge".
